In Store Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at PIFFY!
Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, and receipt must be present. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
The following items are FINAL sale:

- Gift cards
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Intimates, purses, scarves, and home accessories

Online Order Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at PIFFY. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us via email at info@piffyboutique.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA).
No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Any merchandise mailed back without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
Mailing Returns:
You may return your full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise must be shipped back and arrive within 14 days of the purchase date.

- Items eligible for return must be in its ORIGINAL condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items cannot be worn, altered or washed
How to return:
- Contact customer service at info@piffyboutique.com, subject line must read "RA REQUEST". Include detailed information regarding the reason/s for return. If the item is damaged, please include description of damage (photos optional).
- A customer service representative will reply within 2 business days. If your return is approved, you will be issued an RA number. Please include this number on the outside of your box and on the return form with your return shipment.

Once your items have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours of approval. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to use an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). PIFFY is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Holiday Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at PIFFY. Full-priced Merchandise purchased between Thanksgiving - December 24th may be returned for store credit or exchanged by December 31st.
